Procrustes analysis comparing the total intake (energy adjusted nutrient composition of 44 variables) between different dietary assessment methods for an individual, and between the same dietary assessment methods (taken at two different timepoints) for an individual. Multi-dimensional dietary variables are transformed into one datapoint. Each datapoint is the composition of a participant’s diet, the line connecting the diets of the same participant. The closer the distance between each point the more similar the dietary composition.
