Subgroup analyses according to age. Patients were divided into groups according to the age (< 70 or ≥ 70 years). Multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed. The category with the lowest nutritional score was set to be the reference. P for trend was calculated by entering the median value of each category as a continuous variable in the models.
