Reference intervals are as follows: hemoglobin (men 140–175 g/L, women 120–152 g/L), albumin (35–51 g/L), C-reactive protein (<10 mg/L), parathyroid hormone (10–70 ng/L), calcium (2.12–2.62 mmol/L), total vitamin C (>28.3 μmol/L), 25(OH)D (75–250 nmol/L) and deficient level (<25 nmol/L), vitamin D binding protein (43–415 μg/mL). The total mood disturbance score ranges from −20 to 100, the Distress Thermometer score ranges from 0 to 10. and the ESAS-r (revised Edmonton Symptom Assessment System) ranges from 0 to 100
