Comparison of time dependent polyphenol content in urine and plasma samples of individual subjects determined by the Folin Ciocalteu (FC) method and normalized to the overnight fast sample. Subject #05 showed strong maxima after 4 hours in plasma and 6 hours in urine samples whereas subject #06 showed no observable maxima in both plasma and urine samples over the whole study period. The overall averaged curves for the study cohort are included for comparison reasons.
