Table 2 Proteins differentially expressed following quercetin treatment of SW480 cells. Protein spots determined to be present at different levels on gels following quercetin treatment of the SW480 cells were excised from the gels, digested with trypsin and subjected to MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry as described in Methods.
