Estimated from 4 day weighed food records with rating scale used to assess subjective satiety in Rating Scale units (RS). Two-sided t-tests for dependent samples (P*) were used to test treatment effects when data were normally distributed (as determined by the Shapiro-Wilk test). Otherwise, the related-samples Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used (P**).
