HEI-2015, Healthy Eating Index-2015. Higher quintiles represent higher diet quality. Total Food Demand includes retail loss, inedible, consumer waste, and consumption. Agricultural land includes, grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, sweeteners, feed grains and oilseeds, hay, permanent pasture, and cropland pasture. Pesticides represent the sum of herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides. Fertilizer nutrients represent the sum of nitrogen, phosphorus (P2O5), and potash (K2O)
