Antioxidant capacity (AOC) of plasma samples in the course of the study determined by the Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) and Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity (TEAC) assays. Relative change of antioxidant capacity was calculated for the averaged values of each time point against the overnight fast sample. Values are means ± SD (n = 18).
