  3. T3 = One gram (1,000 miligram) of fish oil; of which about 180 milligrams is (eicosapentaenoic acid) EPA and 120 milligrams is DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), (for a total of 300 milligrams of omega 3's) in each clear capsule.
