Standard Charlson Co-morbidity Index is accounted for in the R2 in the first two columns, while a modified Charlson Co-morbidity index accounting for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Peptic Ulcer Disease, Kidney Disease, Kidney Transplant, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Polymyalgia Rheumatica.
