  1. 1The baseline/1st antenatal visit was between 10 and 18 weeks gestation.
  2. 2P value assessed using independent samples t-test for continuous variables and χ2 test for categorical variables.
  3. 3Attainmet of a college/university bachelors degree or higher.
  4. 4Achieve 30 minutes of moderate intensity PA at least 5 days/week.
  5. 5Breastfeed their previous child for any length of time.
